Recently we have been getting plenty of reviews on Tripadvisor and for the most part they have been excellent. In fact, most of the reviews have been 5 star reviews with five stars being the highest you can get. However, in between scores of five star reviews we did get a two star one recently which was quite a shock. While we feel that most of the review was unfair, there were a few points which we can learn from and improve further. Nevertheless, all of the Adventure Antigua crew and I would like to thanks those of our guests who took the time to write these fantastic reviews. They help so much.
Of course it isn’t just Tripadvisor where the reviews have been coming in. We have had some beautiful emails from people who’ve been out with us recently, and our Facebook page has also gotten messages and posts from happy customers. The captains and crew have been trying really hard this season and the reviews give them exactly the feedback that they deserve. Our facebook page isn’t just about good reviews of our trips, and we put plenty of other content on there too. Most of the content is in the form of images and once in a while one of these images goes viral. Remember to press the “Share” button when you see something you like on our facebook page. Also, recently facebook changed the way content from “pages” appears on people’s newsfeeds. You may not see our posts on your feed, so please remember to stop by our page now and then for cool photos and updates.
